Search your trip (one-way, round-trip, or multi-city), compare fares in dinars, choose an offer, enter passengers, then pay via SATIM. Confirmation appears only after payment verification.
No. Guest checkout is the default. An optional customer account may come later; affiliate partners have a dedicated login.
After the order is created you are redirected to SATIM. The site never shows “paid” until the payment session status is verified server-side.

We show cabin and checked bags when the airline provides quantity and/or weight. If a bag is not included, we say so clearly.
When the airline does not provide reliable data, we mark baggage as unknown and ask you to confirm with the airline — we never invent allowances.
Change and cancel rules depend on the fare and airline. They are summarized before payment; after ticketing, follow the ticket rules or contact support.
Refunds follow airline fare rules and the real payment status. If SATIM fails or is cancelled, payment is not treated as complete. See also the Refunds page.
