Visa Service Cancellations:

• Our consultation and document preparation services are non-refundable

• We have an obligation of means, not results

• Rejected visa applications: Service fees non-refundable, embassy fees per embassy refund policy

Force Majeure Cancellations:

• Weather-related flight cancellations: Governed by airline policies and international aviation regulations

• Airport closures or government restrictions: Refunds processed according to airline and regulatory guidelines

• Health emergencies (pandemic restrictions): Special policies may apply, check current terms

• Jowla charges administrative fees for all cancellation and refund processing
